Part 1: The broiler poultry farm design in broiler of layer chicken cage base-leg-beam-plastic slat floor system:
The whole system includes the base, leg, beam and plastic slat floor. It can be used for broiler chicken, goose, duck, goat, rabbit and other animals in the modern poultry farming.

Part 2:The broiler poultry farm design in broiler of nipple drinking line system:
The nipple drinking line system consists of drinking line front part module, pressure regulator, main water supply pipes, nipple drinker, drip cup, end kit with clear sight tube and lifting system.

The nipple drinking line provides flesh and clean water for birds, which is very vital to let the birds have a good growing performance. Meanwhile, nipple drinking line reduces the waste of water as well as the the intensity of labour, and it has become the necessary equipments for standard poultry farming.

Part 3:The broiler poultry farm design feeding line system
The feeding system includes material tower, motor, material sensor, hopper, deliver pipe, auger, feed pan, hanging system etc. The feeding system is mainly used to deliver feed from material tower to the hopper, then from the hopper to fulfill the feed pan one by one through delivery pipe. When the entire feed line is full of feed, control box will stop the motor from working; and when the feed is eaten up, control box will start the motor again.

Part 4:The broiler poultry farm design environmental control system

Exhaust fan
The main purpose of minimum ventilation is to provide good air quality. It is important that the birds always have adequate oxygen, optimum relative humidity and minimum amounts of carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), ammonia (NH3) and dust - see air quality guidelines.
Inadequate minimum ventilation and the resulting poor air quality in the poultry house can cause increased levels of NH3, CO2, moisture levels and an increase in production related syndromes such as ascites.
Always evaluate NH3 levels at bird height. The negative effects of NH3 include: foot pad burns, eye burns, breast blisters/skin irritations, decreased weights, poor uniformity, disease susceptibility and blindness.

Cooling pad
1.This cooling pad can be widely used in Livestock, Poultry farming and Greenhouse.
2.Frame has two kinds selectable: Aluminum Alloy and Galvanized Steel.
3.Evaporative cooling pads consist of corrugated sheets of cellulose glued in an opposite sequence, which generates air passage inside the pads. These sheets have very high ability in absorbing water and are chemically treated to prevent disintegration.
4.Cooling pads are energy saving, environmentally friendly and economically viable as they reduce temperatures without gas emissions and at minimal energy costs with the right controllers, it is possible to keep indoor temperatures within 5 degrees F regardless of external temperature.

Part 5:The broiler poultry farm design microcomputer controller:
According to temperature and humidity sensor’s signal of ventilation, heating, cooling and others, microcomputer controllerset the parameters in a certain curve to meet requirement of livestock growth.

Part 6:The broiler poultry farm design manure removal system:
1.The manureremoval system is mainly used for a variety of sheds and other farming manure cleaning such as the chicken, duck, goat, rabbit and so on. It greatly reduces the labor intensity and maintains good indoor air environment, then provide animals a good living space to reduce the incidence of the disease.

2.The manure removal system consists of the host seat, corner wheels, traction rope and scraping manure plates. The motor drives the gear work, turn the traction through the wheel to make the scraping manure plates run completed the dung cleaning technology.
