Sift out the shavings, small wooden sticks, iron nails and other debris in the sawdust, and at the same time use small holes to sieve away the soil, and disinfect with 0.05% potassium permanganate solution. The method is: Pour the pre-prepared potassium permanganate solution into the vat with sawdust, so that the solution is 10-15 cm from the sawdust, stir for about 5 minutes, then take out the sawdust and drain.
Fermentation. The disinfected sawdust is placed in a pool or tank, and compacted in layers. For every 15~20 cm, use a watering can to spray 30℃~40℃ warm water once. For every 10 kg of sawdust, 12~14 liters of water should be sprayed in the pool or tank. Load a heavy object after it is full and open it for use after 3 to 5 days.
Ingredients. The fermented sawdust needs to be boiled in a pot for 40-50 minutes before use. After filtering out the water, add 200 grams of vegetable oil, 150 grams of salt, 15 grams of monosodium glutamate and 30% to 50% energy feed for every 10 kg of sawdust, and mix well. .
